Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Campaigns Zone.

Eligibility

To use Campaigns Zone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid bank account, UPI ID, or other accepted payment method

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Account Registration & Security

Registration

When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep this information updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Approval Process

All publisher and advertiser accounts are subject to approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation. Approval is typically granted within 24–48 hours of submission.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach at support@campaignszone.com.

One Account Per User

Each individual or entity may maintain only one publisher account and one advertiser account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is prohibited.

Publisher Terms

Tracking Links

As a publisher, you will receive unique tracking links for each offer you promote. You must not modify, reverse engineer, or misrepresent these links in any way.

Traffic Standards

You agree to drive only legitimate, human traffic to the offers you promote. The following traffic types are strictly prohibited:

• Bot traffic, automated scripts, or click farms
• Incentivized traffic without explicit advertiser approval
• Traffic from VPNs or proxies intended to manipulate geo-targeting
• Self-referred clicks (clicking your own links)
• Traffic generated through spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading ads

Promotional Methods

You are responsible for ensuring your promotional methods comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). You must not misrepresent the advertiser's products or services in your promotions.

SubID Usage

SubID parameters (S1–S4) are provided for your tracking and optimization. Misuse of SubIDs to manipulate attribution will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

Advertiser Terms

Offer Requirements

As an advertiser, you agree to:

• Provide accurate offer details including payout, conversion event, and any restrictions
• Maintain a functional landing page and tracking setup throughout the campaign
• Honor conversion payouts for all valid, non-fraudulent conversions
• Notify us at least 48 hours before pausing or stopping an offer

Conversion Validation

You may dispute conversions you believe are fraudulent within 7 days of the conversion date. Disputed conversions will be reviewed by our team. Retroactive rejection of valid conversions without cause is not permitted.

Offer Caps

Daily conversion caps set on your offer will be enforced automatically. Once a cap is reached, the offer will stop accepting conversions until the cap resets or is adjusted.

Payment Obligations

Advertisers are responsible for maintaining sufficient account balance to cover expected conversion payouts. Failure to pay valid conversion claims may result in account suspension and legal action.

Payouts & Payments

Payout Schedule

Publisher payouts are processed on a weekly basis. The minimum payout threshold is ₹500. Payments are made via UPI, NEFT, or other approved methods as selected in your profile.

Payout Hold Periods

New publisher accounts may be subject to a 14-day hold period on their first payout to allow for fraud verification. This hold may be reduced based on account performance and trust level.

Conversion Status

Conversions may have one of the following statuses:

• Success: Valid conversion, eligible for payout
• Reject: Flagged by fraud detection (bot, VPN, or duplicate) — not eligible for payout
• Pending: Awaiting advertiser confirmation

Payout Disputes

If you believe a payout is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 15 days of the payout date by emailing support@campaignszone.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Taxes

Publishers are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. Campaigns Zone will provide payout records upon request. TDS may be deducted where required under Indian tax law.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Campaigns Zone:

• Generating fake clicks, conversions, or leads through any automated means
• Using VPNs, proxies, or IP rotation to fake geographic targeting
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Promoting competing affiliate networks to our advertisers or publishers
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of our platform
• Using our platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our team members
• Misrepresenting your identity, traffic sources, or business nature
• Violating any advertiser's terms, brand guidelines, or restrictions

Fraud Policy

Detection

We use automated systems to detect fraudulent activity including bot traffic detection, VPN/proxy identification, duplicate click filtering, and conversion pattern analysis. Our systems flag suspicious activity in real-time.

Consequences

If fraud is detected on your account:

1. Fraudulent conversions will be reversed and marked as "Reject"
2. Pending payouts related to fraudulent activity will be withheld
3. Your account may be suspended pending investigation
4. Confirmed fraud will result in permanent account termination
5. In severe cases, we may pursue legal remedies

Appeals

If you believe a fraud flag was applied in error, you may appeal within 7 days by contacting our support team with evidence. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

Intellectual Property

The Campaigns Zone name, logo, platform design, and proprietary technology are owned by Campaigns Zone and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our explicit written permission.

By submitting content to our platform (such as campaign materials or logos), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating our services.

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@campaignszone.com. Any earned, unpaid balance above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days of account closure.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Non-payment of advertiser obligations
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Accounts terminated for fraud will forfeit all pending earnings. Accounts terminated for other reasons will receive any legitimately earned balance above the payout threshold.

Limitation of Liability

Campaigns Zone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Campaigns Zone shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data loss or system failures beyond our reasonable control
• Actions of third-party advertisers or publishers
• Downtime, outages, or delays in postback delivery

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid or earned through our platform in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Disputes & Governing Law

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@campaignszone.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Arbitration

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.
